Parking Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled for airport parking bookings. It sits alongside our main privacy policy, which covers the rest of the site.
What we collect
For a parking booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, vehicle registration, make, model and colour, and your flight number if you provide one. We also store the booking reference and the amounts charged.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create and confirm your booking, to pass the details the operator needs to admit your vehicle, to send confirmation and reminder emails, and to handle amendments, refunds and complaints.
Who we share it with
Booking details are shared with the parking operator you booked with so they can provide the service. Payment details are handled by our payment processor. Emails are sent through our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal data.
Payment data
Card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure page. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
How long we keep it
Parking booking records are retained for as long as needed to run the service and to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Contact us with your booking reference and we will respond within one month.
