Do I need an IATA number?

No. IATA, CLIA, ASTA and TIDS are all accepted, and independent host-agency agents are welcome too.

What currency do you pay commission in?

Commission is paid in GBP. PayPal handles the FX automatically for US bank accounts; bank transfer works for agents with a UK/EU account.

Can my client pay you directly?

Yes. You can pass the booking to your client to pay by US card, or book on account and invoice your agency. Your commission is paid out the same way either way.

What about cancellations?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Agents see the same cancellation window as direct customers — no extra agent restrictions.

Do you cover the Highlands and Skye?
