How quickly will I receive a fare response?
Most fare requests receive driver responses within 5–10 minutes during normal hours. Requests submitted very early in the morning may take slightly longer.
Is the fare I receive guaranteed?
Yes. Once you accept a driver's offer and confirm the booking, the fare is fixed. The driver cannot change it after confirmation.
What if I don't receive any fare offers?
If no driver responds within 30 minutes, try booking directly through our standard online booking form for instant pricing on all routes.
