Parking Partner Terms
These terms apply to parking operators (“partners”) who list car parks on our airport parking marketplace. They are maintained by Travellers Taxi Solutions and may be updated; partners are notified of material changes.
1. Marketplace role
We operate a marketplace that lists approved parking operators. The parking service itself is provided by the partner, who remains responsible for the safe keeping and handling of customer vehicles, for site staffing, and for compliance with local operating requirements.
2. Approval and listing
Accounts are reviewed before approval. We may request evidence of insurance, land use permission or operating licences. We may decline, suspend or remove a listing where information is inaccurate, where service standards fall short, or where a legal requirement is not met.
3. Accuracy of information
Partners are responsible for keeping car park details accurate — including address, transfer times, security features, opening hours, photographs, prices and available spaces. Customers rely on this information when booking.
4. Prices and commission
Partners publish their own price. The platform commission is added on top and shown to the customer as a single total. Commission rates are stated in the partner dashboard and on each booking and statement. See the Commission Policy for details.
5. Bookings and honouring reservations
A confirmed booking must be honoured. Where a car park cannot accept a vehicle, the partner must tell us immediately so an alternative or refund can be arranged. Repeated failures may lead to suspension.
6. Payouts
Completed bookings are consolidated into statements showing gross sales, commission and net amount due. Statements are available in the partner dashboard.
7. Data protection
Customer details shared with a partner may be used only to deliver the parking booking. Partners must not use customer data for marketing without a lawful basis and must handle it in line with UK GDPR.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles in a partner’s custody; that responsibility sits with the operator and its insurers.
9. Ending the arrangement
Either side may end the arrangement by giving notice. Bookings already confirmed must still be honoured, and outstanding statements will be settled in the normal cycle.
