Waiting Time Policy
We include free waiting time on every journey. This policy explains how waiting time works, when charges apply, and what counts as a no-show.
Last updated: 30 March 2026 · Effective immediately
Standard Pickups
10 minutes free waiting
Airport Pickups
60 minutes free waiting
1. Standard Pickup Waiting Time
For all standard (non-airport) pickups, the driver will wait free of charge for up to 10 minutes after the agreed pickup time.
- The 10-minute free waiting period begins at the scheduled pickup time.
- If you are running slightly late, please contact your driver or our office immediately.
- After 10 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply (see Section 3).
- If you have not appeared or made contact after 15 minutes, the driver may leave and the journey will be treated as a no-show.
2. Airport Pickup Waiting Time (60 Minutes Free)
For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time, measured from the time your flight lands (not the originally scheduled landing time).
- Your driver monitors your flight number in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.
- The 60-minute free waiting period begins from the time your flight is confirmed as landed by the airline.
- This allows time for disembarkation, passport control, baggage reclaim, and customs clearance.
- For meet & greet bookings, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board.
- After 60 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply (see Section 3).
- Always provide your correct flight number at the time of booking to enable real-time tracking.
3. Additional Waiting Charges
After the applicable free waiting period has expired, additional waiting charges will apply:
| Duration | Charge |
|---|---|
| First 15 min after free period | £5.00 |
| Each additional 15 min thereafter | £5.00 |
| Maximum charge (up to 1 hour extra) | £20.00 |
- Additional waiting charges will be communicated to the Customer before they are applied where possible.
- Charges apply even if the delay is caused by factors outside the passenger's control (e.g. slow passport control), unless caused by an airline delay which is already covered by the 60-minute airport window.
4. No-Show Definition
A no-show occurs when:
- The passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the applicable free waiting period.
- The Company has made reasonable attempts to contact the Customer/passenger by phone and received no response.
- The driver has waited beyond the free period with no contact from the Customer or passenger.
No-Show = Full fare forfeited. No refund will be issued.
If you are running late, always contact us or your driver directly.
