Airport Transfer Policy

When you provide a valid flight number at booking, it may be used to check your inbound flight's status and coordinate your pickup.

• Flight checks, waiting and pickup changes are handled manually where supported, not automatically by the booking system.
• If your flight is delayed, contact us or your driver to confirm any change to the pickup time and any applicable terms.
• If your flight lands early, your driver will aim to be at the airport ahead of schedule. However, please allow reasonable time for the driver to travel to the pickup point.
• Provide a valid flight number to help coordinate pickup. The published waiting policy provides 60 minutes for airport pickups with a valid flight number and 10 minutes for standard pickups; confirm the allowance and start time for your booking.
• The Company is not responsible for inaccurate flight data provided by third-party flight tracking services.

Our meet & greet service means your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall — not in the car park.

• Your driver will stand in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
• Meet & greet must be requested at the time of booking. It is not available as a same-day add-on unless confirmed in writing.
• Additional airport parking charges may be included in the meet & greet fare. This will be clearly stated in your quote.
• If you cannot locate your driver in arrivals, call the number on your booking confirmation immediately.

Glasgow Airport (GLA) — Standard Pickup (without Meet & Greet)

• Your driver will be waiting in the Short Stay Car Park (Car Park 1) or the designated passenger collection area outside the terminal building.
• You will receive a message from your driver with their exact location and vehicle details when you land.
• Exit the terminal via the main arrivals exit and turn towards the taxi and collection area. Your driver will contact you on the number provided.
• If you have any difficulty locating your driver, call 0141 673 1739 immediately.

Edinburgh Airport (EDI) & Other Airports

• Pickup instructions for other airports will be provided in your booking confirmation.
• For Edinburgh Airport, the designated pickup point is in the multistorey car park opposite the terminal building.

• Flight delays: Let us or your driver know about changes to arrival time. Do not assume pickup has been adjusted automatically.
• Waiting after arrival: The published airport allowance is 60 minutes from actual landing unless a deferred collection is agreed. Waiting is handled manually. Contact us or your driver if you need longer and confirm any applicable charge before agreeing to additional waiting.
• Cancelled flights: If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@travelerstaxi-solution.com or 0141 673 1739. Our cancellation policy applies (see Cancellation Policy). Alternative arrangements are subject to availability; confirm any revised quote before booking.
• Diversions: If your flight is diverted to an alternative airport, please contact us immediately. The Company will endeavour to arrange pickup from the alternative airport, but an additional fare adjustment may apply.

• Always provide your flight number (e.g. EZY1234, BA0467) at the time of booking.
• Provide the terminal number if known.
• Ensure your contact mobile number is correct — your driver will use this to reach you on the day.
• Declare all luggage at the time of booking to ensure the correct vehicle size is allocated.
• Advance booking is recommended. Same-day airport transfer bookings are subject to availability.
