Is a private car cheaper than renting a car for a Scotland trip?

For 1-2 travelers staying mostly in cities or one base, renting is usually cheaper. Can you do a one-way drop to Inverness or Skye?

Yes. Glasgow Airport to Inverness is around 170 miles and Glasgow Airport to the Skye Bridge is around 200 miles. Both are quoted on request — ask for a Highlands long-distance fare.

How many bags fit in an 8-seater?
